Beacon is led by Adrien Merveille, a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and LEED Accredited Professional (AP) with over a decade of experience in MEP design, project management, and program management for large-scale projects and programs throughout the NYC Metropolitan Area and across the nation.

Before launching this consultancy, Adrien led high-performance field operations and engineering teams delivering MEP designs and built infrastructure across high-rise, residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. His approach blends technical rigor with constructability insight and clear communication — ensuring that projects progress with fewer surprises and stronger alignment among all stakeholders.
